The content of this document is automatically accepted and binding on any person entering the property of Pearl White Sands, including the premises, parking or making use of the facilities is done so entirely at persons own risk. To the extent permissible in law, the owners shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any death, injury or harm to any person or property and/or loss or damage whatsoever arising to any property of any person, whether arising from negligence or any other cause however.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES
Please take note of the following important house rules when making your booking:

- Children of 9 years and older are welcome
- No parties may be held on the premises.
- No smoking inside the suites.
- No drunkenly disorder or behaviour.
- No drugs or firearms.
- There is limited safe parking on the premises, but there is street parking. Please note only one parking bay per apartment/room.
- Quiet times are from 22h00 - 07h00.
- No visitors are allowed in the guest units, only paying guests are allowed.
- Guests are to bring their own swimming towels, we do however rent out swimming towels if required
- Towels will be replaced every 3rd day for guests staying longer periods.
- Any breaking/ damage to property will be billed to the guests accordingly.
- A compulsory cleaning fee of R250 is added to each booking for booking:
- If guests stay is longer than 1 week, an additional cleaning fee is charged per week.
- Daily cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost in the self-catering apartments during weekdays.
- Daily servicing in our Anchor room is included in price
- If a guest books both apartments at once, a cleaning fee is still charged per apartment.
- The cleaning fee covers all linen changes, and basic household cleaning.
BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
When booking please note 50% of the total is due immediately to secure your booking, and the balance is due the week before arrival.
If guests cancel their bookings during the following time frames the following applies:

- Cancel 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the total.
- Cancel 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
- Cancel 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
- Cancel 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
PRICING OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES
The following additional services are offered are at a fee:
Daily cleaning service available for apartments upon request at additional cost
Use of Umbrella R200 for duration of stay or R50 per day
Use of beach towels R10 per day, replaced as required or R50 for duration of stay (max 7 days, thereafter R10 per day)
